Marvellous location in the centre of the city, in the very nice surrounding area. Beautiful room, a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets in the room...

The hotel was fantastic and the staff was welcoming, it had favourable location in a quiet area. The room was big and silent, offered useful things, such as an electric kettle and glassware. The service was top-notch, just like I expected. Fortunately, free Wi-Fi throughout the property was a good bonus. The stay was absolutely very nice: )

We didn't feel like leaving and would come here again, really enjoyed the city and hotel. Had a fairly nice stay for a wedding. The location was pleasant, just a short walk away from Dbk Shopping Centre. The queen room was perfect with a coffeemaker and climate control. The perfect and lovely staff was much appreciated.

The staff was very nice and helpful. We had our bagage delayed at the airport for 2 days and the staff help us a lot! Great restaurant. The hotel is comfortable and peaceful.
Is far from the centre. However, the hotel offers free transport to the city centre (only one way).

Nothing.
Very far from the city center-at least 30 minutes by car. No subway. Very rude and unhelpfull staff. They tried to make us pay for a botle of wine that we did not purchase. The breakfast was very poor. Because we made our reservation on Booked.net at a discount rate we got a very small room- problaby a single converted into a double. It's not a four star hotel. I would never stay there again-not even for free.

The hotel is very beautiful and elegant, the staff very kind and helpful, the Spa has all the comforts that you need, the food at its restaurant was very tasty as well as the breakfast with a vast choice for the customers. The free daily car service to go to the city centre is very cool and fast. The underground line plus a bus bring the customers back to the hotel in 20mins and just for 1euro (so it is not an issue). I would definately choose this wonderful hotel to stay in Prague again.
